Martitia M. Dell (Marti) has been practicing law since 1993 and began working with Beth Wolfsong a few years ago when Beth Wolfsong was employed at her former law firm, Beth Allen Law PC. When the Wolfsongs opened their own firm, Wolfsong Law PC, in January of 2013, Marti remained in her capacity as “of counsel” assisting Wolfsong Law clients in matters of real estate, business formation, and contracts. In particular, Marti enjoys assisting clients with reviewing, drafting, and negotiating all types of contracts, including but not limited to, real estate type contracts (deeds, loans, leases, easements, etc.) and business contracts (setting up new businesses and/or the purchase and sale of businesses or assets). In all cases, Marti strives to create a working relationship with her clients that is respectful, professional, and responsive.
Prior to becoming of counsel at Wolfsong Law PC, Marti’s professional experience ranged from working at two title companies, small law firms, and as a solo practitioner, to working at a large law firm in Florida as a real estate paralegal, and working as in-house counsel for a small import company. Marti is an active member of the Oregon and Washington state bars, and an inactive member of the Massachusetts bar. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Washington and she received her JD from Lewis & Clark Northwestern School of Law.
